PORTFOLIO
My latest work for brands and creative projects.
SALT SISTA
“Emile is the most lovely person to work with, as a small business owner, I am approached by many photographers. Sometimes it is hard to know who to choose. I had only just launched my brand and I quickly realised I wanted to work with Emile after we started chatting. She was the only person to acknowledge the ups and downs of a new business and was more than happy to adjust a custom package that suited my budget and needs. She was thoughtful and very clear in her communications around what I would receive, and when I would receive it. I was so happy with the end results too, Emile has such a talent! Cannot wait to work with her again !!
Thanks so much Emile – You are amazing!“
— Bianca, founder of Salt Sista

THAT TONE
From the waves to the club — that’s the essence of That Tone suits, and it inspired our photoshoot.
We captured the versatility of these pieces through dynamic in-water surf shots
and a cheeky land-based editorial session. Sexy but playful and ready to rip.

GET WET
Campaign for Get Wet, including dreamy in-water surf photography, dive photos, and lifestyle shots.

ISLAND LINES
“Emile was very friendly and I was happy with the result. I appreciate good photos and that’s what I got.
I would recommend her to anyone (especially tropical photoshoots).“
— Zala, founder of Island Lines

UNDERWATER
Creative portrait session diving and dancing underwater in the Mentawai Islands.
“Emile was a dream to shoot with. She held space with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for collaborative brainstorming and experimentation with my ideas. She is versatile in surf, land, and underwater photography and balances technical execution of the camera with the athletic ability needed to get the shot. She is now a friend and I’m so grateful for the beautiful images we created!“
— Natalia, free diver, surfer, climate strategist, and artist

DREAMSEA
Shred, Rip, Charge, Slash. Those are the words we surfers use to do violence to our waves. And it’s understandable, with their sheer power and rawness as they tower overhead before drilling down in a haze of white into the sea below. Sometimes, you feel as if you’re riding into battle and hanging on for the ride. But what if there could be another way?
This photo series focuses on the sea in its softness — a dreaminess that doesn’t eschew its strength. Rather, it imagines a way of co-existing, co-creating.

SURF PHOTOGRAPHY
A collection of surf portraits from Fiji and the Mentawais.
